Investment rationale
AAC Capital Partners together with Polaris (a Danish Private Equity fund) plan to transform the chain of independent shops by merging 12 existing legal entities to create the Nordic region’s leading integrated baby retail chain. The plan is to increase profitability by opening new stores, operational acquisitions and centralising of the sourcing, marketing and finance functions. These plans are supported by all store owners who will continue to work with us to grow BabySam both domestically and abroad.
