The investment strategy of our buyout teams are firmly based on local knowledge and a committed partnership with management. Our team of 25 investment professionals operate from 3 offices in Amsterdam, London and Stockholm and have a wealth of experience in closing and managing successful deals in the Northern European region.

 

We have a reputation for making deals happen.  When we take an investment proposal forward, we concentrate on the issues that matter and take a commercial approach to dealing with them.

 

Our network of sector specialists can advise us when originating deals and our trusted external industry specialists help us realise areas of potential value creation and assist management to deliver on the agreed growth strategy.

 

Our strategy is one of partnership, both at the origination stage of the investment cycle through our relationships with advisers and intermediaries and at the execution and management stage of the investment cycle through our relationships with management.
